My first online swap!

Well, I did it! I signed up for my first ever online block swap. Melissa, over at cornbreadandbeansquilting.wordpress.com , has initiated a civil war fabric signature block swap. The swap had soooo much interest that she has already had to close her sign-up list! But, I made the list! Someone else dropped out and Melissa graciously snuck me right into that spot! I am really excited about doing this. Not only is this being done in fabrics I love, but there are many fellow bloggers that I like to visit who have signed up! I just love the whole idea of a "Signature Block"! I have put a link to her website on my side bar for anyone interested in seeing Melissa's swap recipe.
Well, I guess I better get going. I have 70 blocks to make. :0)
Happy block swapping!!

  3. Have fun with your siggie blocks Karen. Be sure to show us a picture of your blocks. It's an easy block so 70 won't take too long.
